Alex Brodie

I’ve always enjoyed being in the talent and modelling industry, interspersed with working in the communications sector, and have a love of sport, travelling and animals. I’m really keen to pursue all types of modelling - fashion, skincare, sportswear, adverts, TV extras etc!

I’ve had to curb the travelling or rather adapt it slightly as am now married with three small kids, though still managed to travel to Tuxedo Club, NY last year where I won the Ladies Real Tennis US Open doubles, and have won the Australian Open once and the French Open twice.

I also enjoy playing rackets (the faster, fore-runner to squash) and won the Andrina Webb Mixed Doubles tournament at the Queen’s Club, London last year, play on the ladies tennis team there and have won both the Mixed Doubles and Ladies Doubles Club Championships there. I go to the gym to weight train, do a variety of classes, and swim to try to keep my fitness up and stay toned.

I also love wakeboarding (particularly attempting to jump the wake!), skiing and snowboarding and did a ski season in Les Deux Alpes and love any chance I get to go horse riding as went regularly when younger. Sky diving when I was travelling in New Zealand was fantastic, as was the scuba diving there, and in Columbia.

Looking after an ocelot in a Bolivian animal refuge was the highlight of my time in South America, closely seconded by galloping on horseback in Chile and Brazil and the carnival there!

I have DJing decks as used to buy lots of vinyl - mostly underground house and garage and like to spin my tracks with friends! I also enjoy rollerblading and cycling with the kids when the sun is out!

- Tennis coached at Rocha Brava tennis club, Carvoeiro, Portugal, for Mark Warner resort Perdepera in Sardinia, David Lloyd Raynes Park and Royal Wolverhampton School, for a residential summer program for international kids - 1995-2009
